Canvas Condos is a new mixed-use condominium development by Marlin Spring Developments coming soon to 2301 and 2315 Danforth Avenue in Toronto, Ontario. It is a proposed 8 storey building with a total of 166 dwelling units designed by Graziani + Corazza Architects Inc.
Canvas Condos is being developed by Marlin Spring Investments Limited who is a real estate developer and investor based in Toronto, Ontario. Their three executives combined all have previous experience from Lanterra Developments in the construction of high-rise project developments, economic feasibilities and financial dealing, finance and management as well as purchasing of acquisitions. Marlin Spring Developments' vision is to "acquire and develop strategic residential and commercial lands" in the Greater Toronto Area and for their residential development projects to be located in "prime locations offering significant potential for long-term value and growth". They are an innovative company that can be "distinguished by the highest quality building standards, elegant architecture, vibrant amenities and environmentally-friendly features."
Here are some of Marlin Spring Developments' residential projects listed below.
1630 Queen Street East which is a new mixed-use condominium development currently in pre-construction at 1624-1630 Queen Street East in the Upper Beaches neighbourhood with 6 storeys and 62 units designed by ICON Architects Inc. Of the 62 total proposed units, 46 will be one-bedroom units and 16 will be two-bedroom units and includes two levels of proposed underground parking for 59 vehicular parking spaces. Another project of theirs is called Litchfield which is a low-rise development on three acres of land re-zoned to permit 52 townhouse units coming soon to Highway 7 in Markham, Ontario. There's also the EagleView Hieghts project which is another low-rise development on 10 acres zoned for 200 townhouses coming soon located close to the GO Station in Vaughan, Ontario. Finally, there is this mixed-use residential project coming soon to the Woodbine-Lumsden neighbourhood located on 2301 Danforth Avenue just to the east of Woodbine Avenue in Toronto.
Graziani + Corazza Architects Inc. is the architectural firm responsible for the design of the CanvasCondominiums. They specialize in mixed-use community, institutional, commercial, residential and neighbourhood infill projects.
